Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trovela, the real estate marketplace and related services operated by ENTRIKS LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). TROVELA is a product of ENTRIKS.

By accessing or using trovela.eu and associated TROVELA services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Trovela is operated by ENTRIKS LLC. For questions about these Terms, contact us using the details in section 14 below.

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
• Information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless you report misuse promptly.

TROVELA is an information and marketplace platform that helps users discover, compare, and contact sellers or agents regarding property in Kosovo and the wider region. You may use the service for lawful personal or business purposes in line with these Terms.

• Search, browse, and view listings and related content.
• Create and manage listings if you are a private seller or authorized business user.
• Contact listing owners through provided inquiry channels.
• Save favorites and manage your account dashboard.
• Use CRM features if you have an authorized agency or business account.

When you publish listings, photos, descriptions, or other content, you represent that:

• You have the right to offer the property and to share the information you publish.
• Content is truthful, not misleading, and complies with applicable law.
• You will not publish discriminatory, offensive, or unlawful material.
• You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and distribute your content on TROVELA for as long as the listing or account remains active, solely to operate the service.

We may remove or hide content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our quality standards, or when required to protect users and the platform.

You must not:

• Use the platform for fraud, spam, scraping, or automated harvesting without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business.
• Circumvent security, access controls, or rate limits.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Harass other users or listing owners.
• Use TROVELA for illegal property activity or to publish false availability or pricing intended to mislead.

Agencies and business users may access CRM tools to manage contacts, deals, and communications related to their listings. Business users are responsible for their own compliance with data protection and professional obligations when processing leads and customer data in their workspace.

When you contact a seller or agent, relevant information may be shared with that party so they can respond. TROVELA is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, availability, or the conduct of third parties.

Some features may be free; others may require payment as described on our pricing pages or in separate agreements. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a paid service period has started, except where required by law.

TROVELA, its branding, software, design, and content we create are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

TROVELA is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not provide legal, tax, or property advice. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or still available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENTRIKS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TROVELA or dealings with other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if no fees were paid.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform. You may stop using TROVELA at any time and request account deletion as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Prishtina shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
